A few months ago I found a limited edition ice cream I was crazy for: peanut butter and chocolate covered pretzels in chocolate ice cream. It was to die for. Unfortunately, since it was limited edition, it can't be purchased currently. These cookies seemed like a good substitute for them. I don't really want to give you the recipe I used because I found it to be a little difficult to work with (the dough was really weird and I had to bake it for at least 15 minutes more than it suggested) but if you google it you should find several, and hopefully not the one with the weird dough. Either way, these cookies were still really good. They are definitely more on the dry and crumbly side, while I prefer more moist cookies, but the flavors are spot on.
